Jess is a British 400m Hurdler and is 16th on the UK all-time list.  She came 5th at British Championships 2022 and has a current PB of 55.89.

Jess competed at an elite level as a heptathlete until suffering a career-ending injury. She now competes in the 400m hurdles, living in Essex with her boyfriend Dan Putnam who is also her training partner and coach. Jess is keen to create an impact around sun protection in sport, from an athlete and coach perceptive.

“I take my health seriously, from my diet to training to recovery and beyond.  In addition to this, I protect my skin from the sun when training in summer. I understand the risks and do not wish to compromise my performance, which sunburn can do, look older before my time, or worse, end up with skin cancer.”
