Dan competes internationally for Great Britain in the 400m, recently coming in 6th at the British Championships 2022 with a current PB of 46.33 and was also part of the men’s 4 x 400m relay team, winning Bronze in the World Junior Championships 2010.

As well as an athlete, Dan is also the co-founder of Limitless Coaching, which he runs with partner and fellow athlete Jess Tappin. Dan agreed to become a Sunguard ambassador after meeting up with the Melanoma Fund whilst supporting the Active Essex Special School Sports Championships.

“I’ve been involved in sport for so long, I can evidence that applying sunscreen before outdoor training is a concept that is rarely considered by many athletes. Sadly, the consequences can be so damaging, and it seems like a ‘no brainer’ to promote the importance of better habits, especially to young athletes who have their whole career in front of them.”
